1. General Information

The Journal of Business Management (JBM) publishes original, high-quality research in business, management, and related applied social science disciplines. Authors are encouraged to carefully read and follow these guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.

Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned for revision prior to peer review.


2. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journal accepts the following types of submissions:

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles and Systematic Literature Reviews

  • Conceptual and Theoretical Papers

  • Case Studies

  • Methodological Papers

All submissions must demonstrate originality, academic rigor, and clear contribution to theory and or practice.


3. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system. Authors must ensure that their manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

  • The work is original and unpublished

  • The manuscript is not under review by another journal

  • All authors have approved the submission


4. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should generally follow the structure outlined below:

5. Formatting Requirements

  • Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point

  • Line spacing: 1.5

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Pages should be numbered consecutively


6. Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract should be between 150 and 250 words
